Refund, Return & Exchange Policies
We do not accept returns or refunds for any items. All sales are final. Exchanges are only accepted and processed based on these policies below.
For non-customized products (e.g. Franklin Sports items), we accept exchanges for unopened and unused items if received back to us within 30 days of purchase if you need a different size or color of the same item. Return shipping and labels is your responsibility and we will charge an additional $7 for restocking and re-shipping the new item to you.
For items that are built to order (e.g. clothing items with a heat-press decal design added) we do not accept exchanges for any reason except defective/damaged products (see below). Please check the size charts with each item of clothing to confirm it will fit before ordering.
If any of our products are defective or damaged during transit, please reach out to customer support with details and photos/video so we can help with a replacement of the same size/color/design. Do not send back any item without first contact customer support and getting a Return Authorization (RA) Number. In the case of defective or damaged product (including damage in transit) we will pay for the return label and upon receipt of the item, will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a product was damaged in transit we will handle filing a claim with the shipping provider.
If a product was lost in transit, we will offer standard support so you can file a claim with the shipping provider, but we will not provide a replacement product.
